ITEM 8.01.OTHER EVENTS.

 

On November 18, 2021, Chicken Soup for the Soul Entertainment Inc. (the “Company”) announced the timing for the payment of its declared regular monthly dividend, for December, of $0.2031 per share of the Company’s 9.75% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock, par value $0.0001 (the “Series A Preferred Stock”). The dividend will be payable on December 15, 2021 to holders of record as of November 30, 2021. The dividend will be paid in cash.

 

On November 18, 2021, the Company issued a press release announcing the dividend. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.

COS COB, CT – November 18, 2021 – Chicken Soup for the Soul Entertainment Inc. (Nasdaq: CSSE, CSSEP, CSSEN), one of the largest operators of streaming advertising-supported video on-demand (“AVOD”) networks, today announced the timing for the payment of its declared regular monthly dividend of $0.2031 per share of its 9.75% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock for December. The dividend will be payable on December 15, 2021 to holders of record as of November 30, 2021. The dividend will be paid in cash.
