Steven Goldsmith

Steven Goldsmith’s career spans over 30 years with powerhouse brands such as Amazon, Victoria’s Secret, Brookstone, and The Shopping Channel. While at Victoria’s Secret, Steven led their $3b Direct to Consumer business while driving the margin to an all time high by addressing the needs of the high value customer base. At Brookstone, Steven led the turnaround of the company by expanding points of distribution in the Airport and the home shopping network space. In addition, Mr. Goldsmith has led two television/multi media companies. At ShopNBC, Steven led both the expansion into 86 million households, as well as engineered the 10 year agreement with NBC to leverage success with their family of brands. At The Shopping Channel (TSC), Steven led the largest and most successful shopping network in the country of Canada to a 36 consecutive months of revenues and ebitda of plus 30% on a CAGR basis. Mr. Goldsmith has developed a track record of success in both retail and marketing through his ability to drive strategy and innovation. As CEO of FORCE3 PRO GEAR, his customer first attitude and business acumen is driving the company’s current and future success. Mr. Goldsmithholds a B.A in Psychology from the University of Albany, SUNY, and has served on multiple boards.
